'National Unity Day' celebrated at Telangana Raj Bhavan

Hyderabad, Oct 31 (UNI) The birth anniversary of country’s first deputy prime minister Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, who is known as the Iron Man of India, was celebrated as the 'National Unity Day' here at the Raj Bhavan on Saturday.

Governor Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan paid floral tributes to the portrait of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel at a special function held at the iconic Durbar Hall at Raj Bhavan, the Raj Bhavan communiqué said.
