Lokesh visit flood-hit agricultural fields in EG district, slams AP govt for dividing farmers on caste lines

Vijayawada, Oct 19 (UNI) Telugu Desam Party National General Secretary and former Minister Nara Lokesh on Monday made a whirlwind visit to the flood-hit agricultural fields in East Godavari district and enquired about crop losses from the farmers.
Mr. Lokesh stepped into the knee-deep flood waters in the agricultural fields at several places and asked the farmers about the extent of crop damages.
The farmers poured out their woes on account of loss of their crops even as there was no enumeration being taken up by the Andhra Pradesh government till now.
