Hyderabad: C-MET to hold Intl Conference on Emerging Semiconductor Materials from Marc 8

Hyderabad, Mar 7 (UNI) The Centre for Materials for Electronics Technology (C-MET), Hyderabad, is organizing an International Conference on "Emerging Semiconductor Materials and Applications (ICESMA-24)" here from March 8 to March 10, coinciding with its Annual Foundation Day (AFD), 2024.
ICESMA-2024 is envisaged to serve as a platform for scientific exchange and discourse in specialized areas of research and development, particularly in semiconductor materials and devices.
The center has evolved into a unique facility in the country for the development of ultra-pure materials, compound semiconductors, refractory metals, and alloys.
