Telangana: PM Modi to inaugurate & lay foundation stone for Rs 6,800 cr development projects

Hyderabad, Mar 5 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for development projects worth over Rs 6,800 crore in Sangareddy district on Tuesday.
These projects span key sectors such as road, rail, petroleum, and natural gas.
Before his Sangareddy visit, PM Modi will visit the Goddess Mahankali temple in Secunderabad and partake in special pujas, official sources said.
Additionally, the Prime Minister will dedicate the Civil Aviation Research Organization (CARO) center in Hyderabad, enhancing research and development in the civil aviation sector. Costing more than Rs 350 crore, the facility aims to provide global research platforms for the aviation community.
In Sangareddy, PM Modi will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for three National Highway projects, facilitating seamless connectivity and reducing travel time between Telangana, Maharashtra, and Madhya Pradesh. The projects include four-laning the Kandi to Ramsanpalle section, upgrading the Miryalaguda to Kodad section, and six-laning the Pune-Hyderabad section.
The Prime Minister will also inaugurate the doubling and electrification of the Sanathnagar–Moula Ali rail line, commissioning six new station buildings, and flag-off the inaugural MMTS Train Service from Ghatkesar to Lingampalli via Moula Ali–Sanathnagar.
Furthermore, PM Modi will inaugurate the Indian Oil Paradip-Hyderabad Product Pipeline, ensuring safe and economical transportation of petroleum products.
Governor Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan, Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, and Union Minister Kishan Reddy will join the Prime Minister at the event.
Following this, PM Modi will participate in a public meeting organized by the BJP at SR Infinity in Patel Guda, Patancheru, Sanga Reddy district, at 1120 hours.
Notably, a three-tier security arrangement involving 2,000 police personnel has been put in place for the Prime Minister's visit.
