BJP's first list symbolises of 'social justice,' whereas 'mafia and criminals' dominate SP nominees: Yogi

BJP's first list symbolises of 'social justice,' whereas 'mafia and criminals' dominate SP nominees: Yogi

Lucknow, Jan 16 (UNI) The Samajwadi Party and the Rashtriya Lok Dal alliance have shown their true colours and real character in their first list of candidates released for the Assembly elections, charged Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath here on Sunday.

He further said that SP, which ruled Uttar Pradesh from 2012 to 2017 by being hand-in-gloves with the mafia, goons and criminals, has once again bared its intentions.

Launching a blistering attack on Samajwadi Party, he said here in a statement that this time, SP has joined hands with RLD, but has again readied the script of anarchy, hooliganism and mafias for the public.
SP has once again distributed tickets to criminals and rioters in the upcoming Assembly elections after terrifying Uttar Pradesh with rioters and criminals, which shows the dual character of the party and the politics of hate, he underlined.
He further said that people responsible for Kairana exodus are being given tickets and also on the list are rioters of Muzaffarnagar, and professional history-sheeters, thereby exposing the true character of Samajwadi Party.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath further said that Bharatiya Janata Party released the first list of its candidates on Saturday and that it reflected BJP’s commitment to’ social justice', but at the same time, people of the state have also seen the list of Samajwadi Party, in which rioters, criminals dominate.

The mafia and criminals once again dominate the Samajwadi Party's election list, he pointed out. Madan Bhaiya, who got a ticket from Loni Vidhan Sabha, is counted as a dreaded Mafiosi, but both Akhilesh Yadav and Jayant Chaudhary seem to have conveniently forgotten this, yogi said. There are 31 cases registered against Madan Bhaiya from 1982 to 2021, including murder cases, he informed.

He reminded people of the exodus of Hindu families from Kairana after the Muzaffarnagar riots and said that by giving a ticket to Nahid Hasan from there, the SP has exhibited its true communal side. Nahid Hasan has 17 cases registered against him in Shamli and Saharanpur districts. Similarly, 23 criminal cases are registered against Haji Yunus, who is the SP candidate from Bulandshahr.

Dilnawaz contesting from Sayana also has a criminal history, the CM said, adding that by giving tickets to such people, Akhilesh has made it clear that SP is ready to throw western Uttar Pradesh into the communal fire once again.
