Prayagraj to have new power stations before Maha Kumbh

Prayagraj, April 5 (UNI) The Uttar Pradesh government has stepped up preparations, which include setting up new power stations, laying new electricity lines as well as upgrading roads and water facilities, for organising Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj next year on a grand note.
Official sources said that as per the intention of the Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, every work is being closely monitored at the government level, reflecting the government's commitment to excellence in execution.
It may be noted that the Maha Kumbh begins with the spectacular 'shobha yatra' in which different akharas participate. The akharas' procession enters the city from different routes.
