Eid namaz to be offered at over 37,000 Eidgahs & mosques in UP tomorrow

Lucknow, April 10 (UNI) Eid-ul-Fitr prayers would be offered at more than 37,000 Eidgahs and mosques across Uttar Pradesh amidst tight security arrangements on Thursday, a police spokesman said here on Wednesday.
The spokesman said that the namaz of Eid-ul-Fitr would be offered at 37,018 Eidgahs and mosques across the state for which listing of traditional programmes has been done and police deployment has been accordingly.
"In the wake of Eid 2,912 sensitive places/hot spots have been identified in all the districts where police deployment has been done under zone and sector scheme," he said.
