MP CM slams Nath for politicising Pathalgaon incident

Burhanpur, MP, Oct 16 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said on Saturday that Congress state President Kamal Nath ought to be ashamed of himself for levelling “unrestrained allegations” regarding Chhattisgarh’s Pathalgaon incident in which a vehicle allegedly carrying ganja knocked down members of a Dussehra procession.
“The matter is unfortunate. Police raided both the accused’s homes in our state’s Singrauli district. The culprits are under arrest. It has become the Congress’ habit to level unbridled accusations. Mr Nath has nothing to do with development and public concerns. He just waits for something to occur so that he can dishonour others. Let him first see the condition of the Congress. Mr Rahul Gandhi at the centre and Mr Nath in the state are destroying others one by one but making allegations against us,” he told the press after addressing a by-election meeting at Phopnar in Khandwa parliamentary constituency.
