LS Polls: BJP shortlists Namgyal, Gyalson, Lakpa for Ladakh Seat

Jammu, Mar 4 (UNI) The Bharatiya Janata Party has shortlisted three names for the Ladakh seat for an upcoming Lok Sabha elections scheduled in April-May.
Party sources said that the BJP in an important meeting on Monday to finalise its panel of candidates for the lone parliamentary seat in the Union Territory has shortlisted three candidates namely sitting MP Jamyang Tsering Namgyal, LAHDC Leh Chief Executive Councilor Tashi Gyalson, and Stanzin Lakpa, Councillor of Cha constituency in Kargil district.
The decision-making process was conducted with utmost transparency, with prominent party members, including State Vice Presidents, District Presidents, and LAHDC Executive Councillors, actively participating.
