BJP adopted unconstitutional tactics to overthrow my government: Himachal CM

Hamirpur, Mar 6 (UNI) Accusing the BJP of adopting "unconstitutional tactics" to overthrow his government. Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Wednesday charged the six Congress MLAs who cross-voted during the Rajya Sabha poll with deceiving the people who elected them.
Lashing out at the BJP, the Chief Minister said it was "unfortunate" that the saffron outfit's legislators never wanted the budget for 2024-25 to be passed during the Assembly session.
"They resorted to unconstitutional tactics in a bid to overthrow the government. The people of the State have elected the present government and it will complete its tenure in the service of the people," he said.
