Congress calling Himachal rebel MLAs back after calling them names: BJP

Shimla, Mar 22 (UNI) BJP veteran Jairam Thakur on Friday accused the Congress leadership of being deceptive even with its party activists, saying while the Chief Minister is making vulgar comments about the rebel MLAs, three big leaders are requesting them to come back.
"They are being given various kinds of inducements. They are being lured with promises of restoring their membership. induction in the ministry and other posts. On the other hand, the state's Congress government is harassing its MLAs by misusing power.
, business establishments of the rebel MLAs are being targeted, and a wall is being erected in front of one of the rebels' house. Notices are being sent to demolish their houses. The government is harassing the MLAs illegally, alleged Thakur, also the Leader of the Opposition.

Ex-MP Dhananjay Singh shifted to Bareilly jail

Jaunpur (UP), April 27 (UNI) Former MP and strongman leader Dhananjay Singh, who was sentenced to seven years imprisonment by a special court was shifted to Bareilly District jail from Jaunpur jail amidst tight security arrangement on Saturday, official sources said here.
