PM failed to control Corona: Pramod Tiwari

Lucknow ,Sep 13(UNI) Veteran Congress leader Pramod Tiwari targeted the Central government and Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the failure in controlling the spread of corona pandemic in the country.
Citing the Indian Council for Medical and Research (ICMR) report on SERO survey conducted between May 11 to June 4 this year in which it showed that 64.6 lakh people in the country have been already infected with the virus instead of the official figure of less than one lakh till that time,Mr Tiwari said that this report could not be taken lightly as the country’s premier agency was involved.
Mr Tiwari said that now after ICMR report, PM should tender apology with the people for failing in his job in checking Coronavirus but he should also take action against those who were responsible for pushing the country into unwanted `lockdown’ that too announcing the same day instead of giving some time to the people that they should get ready for it.
Former Congress Legislative Party (CLP) leader said that an unplanned decision had not just pushed the country into a very difficult time where the people were not just facing the danger of corona pandemic but were feeling the pinch of the economic slowdown and the Prime Minister is entirely responsible for all this mess.
He said that some immediate corrective measures will be not taken immediately then crore and crore of people would lose their jobs as except for four of five business houses close to Prime Minister, all others would soon had to wind up after facing unexpected financial losses while the public sector companies will be either closed or sold into the hands of those top industrialists friends.
