Court summons Netflix and its officials in criminal case filed by Sahara

Lucknow, Oct 13 (UNI) A local Court has issued summons to Netflix India on a complaint filed by Sahara on Wednesday.

Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lucknow issued summons to Abhishek Nag – Director Netflix India LLP, Documentary Director Nick Read, and Reva Sharma - Producer Netflix, directing their appearance before the Court on November 15, 2021, in the matter of a criminal complaint filed by Sahara, for making and publishing an outrageous and highly defamatory documentary/trailer titled "Bad Boy Billionaires".
