HC extends anticipatory bail to independent MLA till Apr 1

Shimla, Mar 16 (UNI) The Himachal Pradesh High Court has extended the interim anticipatory bail period granted to Gagret MLA Chaitanya Sharma's father Rakesh Sharma and Hamirpur independent MLA Ashish Sharma till April 1.
A single judge bench of Justice Ranjan Sharma ordered both applicants to register their presence when they would be issued a presence warrant by Boileauganj police and cooperate in the investigation.
However, the court has also given both applicants an exemption to ensure their presence only as per their health-related problems.
