Jammu, Mar 6 (UNI) As a testament to its commitment to excellence in governance and capacity building, AIIMS Jammu has been recognized as one of the top three institutes nationwide and the first among all AIIMS of the country for its implementation of Mission Karmayogi Bharat.
This prestigious accolade was conferred during a recent meeting convened by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in Delhi on February 29, 2024.
The meeting, held at the esteemed National Institute of Health and Family Welfare, was chaired by V Hekali Zhimoni, Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Among other distinguished attendees were Dr. Dheeraj Shah, Director of NIHFW, Shyama Prasad Roy, Secretary of the Capacity Building Commission, Government of India, and Abhishek Singh, CEO of Karmayogi Bharat, along with Nidhi Kesharwani, Director, MoHFW. Officials from all leading health institutions in India attended the gathering.
