Over 500 nursing staff recruited, Jammu AIIMS to launch OPD services in May

Jammu, April 23 (UNI) With an appointment of more than 500 nursing staff, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Jammu located in Vijaypur tehsil of Samba district will be launching its much awaited Out Patient Department (OPD) services from the month of May.
In the first phase, 183 faculty positions have been created, with 85 staff already appointed and the recruitment process for the remaining underway.
“Furthermore, out of 800 nursing positions, 520 have been filled, with these nursing staff receiving comprehensive training at Delhi AIIMS,” said an official.
