IEC activities to rev up in Haryana to spread info about Corona curbing:Vardhan

Chandigarh, Oct 1 (UNI) Haryana Chief Secretary Vijai Vardhan said Information Education Communication (IEC) activities will be accelerated in the state to make people aware about the containment of COVID-19 pandemic.
Besides this, directions will be issued to Divisional Commissioners and Deputy Commissioners to ensure strict compliance of the COVID-19 guidelines issued by Central Government. In addition, they should work closely with other stakeholder departments to make the campaign ‘Appropriate Behavior for COVID-19’ successful in the districts.
Mr Vardhan gave this information during a meeting held under the chairmanship of Union Cabinet Secretary Rajiv Gauba with the Chief Secretaries of all the states with regard to the intensive and focused campaign on COVID-19 through video conferencing here on Thursday.
