Police arrests 3 gamblers,recover stake money in Srinagar

Srinagar, Jul 16 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir police arrested three gamblers and recovered stake money in Srinagar outskirts, a police spokesman said on Thursday evening.
He said a police party from Police Station Parimpora raided a gambling site at Souzeth Band following an input about gambling activities and apprehended three gamblers.
Police also seized playing cards, 3 mobile phones and stake money worth Rs 18770 from the gamblers. They have been identified as Mushtaq Ahmad Nath resident of Parimpora, Altaf Ahmad Shagoo and Bashir Ahmad Sofi both residents of HMT Srinagar.
