Two arrested in Himachal's Kangra

Kangra, Mar 2 (UNI) In the pursuit of the fight against drugs, Kangra police have arrested two people from Tarsuh village in the outskirts of Kangra town for possession of 9.5 grams of heroin.
Kangra sub-divisional police officer (SDPO) Ankit Sharma told UNI that the two accused persons involved in the crime have been identified as Ritik, aged 22 years, belonging to Sidhbari⁠, near Dharamsala; another has been identified as Rahul, aged 23, belonging to ward no. 5 of Tarsuh village.
SDPO said that Rahul was allegedly a heroin addict, and Ritik had come to Tarsuh on his bike to sell heroin to Rahul. He said that the police had a tip-off about this deal, and the police laid a trap cleverly and nabbed the alleged heroine that both accused youths recovered from their possession. He said that the police impounded the bike used in the crime.
