Wheat crop damaged in 5000 hectares of land in Una dist, farmers upset

Una(HP), Apr 12 (UNI) Farmers in Una district are upset about the damage to their Rabi crops, particularly wheat, which was sown over 35,000 hectares of land, according to Kulbhushan Dhiman, Deputy Director of the District Agriculture Department.
The wheat crop has been severely damaged in various districts due to strong winds and heavy rain.
The Agriculture Department's survey revealed that strong winds have caused wheat crop damage on 5000 hectares of land in the district, with most crops recovering better due to sunshine after rain.
