Yogi's efforts lead to rescue of Akhilesh, family express gratitude

Lucknow, Mar 22 (UNI) The efforts of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath yielded swift results as Lucknow resident, mechanic and supervisor Akhilesh Singh Chauhan, abducted in Meghalaya was safely rescued within a day.
Following this, Akhilesh's wife Sheela Singh Chauhan and son Suraj Chauhan expressed gratitude to the CM by meeting him at his official residence on Friday. He assured Akhilesh's family of all possible support.
It may be noted that the resident of Beniganj, Kursi Road, Lucknow, Akhilesh Singh Chauhan works in a construction company in the South Garo Hills of Meghalaya. Criminals kidnapped him and demanded a ransom of Rs 50 lakhs.
