Jammu, Feb 28 (UNI) As many as 2703 government owned buildings are solarised across the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, informed Commissioner Secretary, Science and Technology, Saurabh Bhagat to the Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo here in a meeting.
Dulloo on Wednesday took stock of the measures being taken for implementation of different solar power schemes here in the UT.
The Chief Secretary impressed upon all the stakeholders including NHPC, which has been designated as a project implementation agency for the solarisation here, to start implementing the schemes on ground.
