People will decide their priorities, admin will be facilitator  : LG Sinha

Bandipora, North Kashmir, Oct 3 (UNI) Declaring that people of Jammu and Kashmir will decide their own priorities and administration will be just a facilitator, Lt Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday said government will strictly monitor the time limit of projects and no undue delays will be tolerated and there will be no hollow announcements.
Mr Sinha also presents loan assistance of Rs 5 lakhs each to two educated young aspiring entrepreneurs of Nesbal Panchayat besides handing-over Education Assistance for 1400 construction workers amounting Rs 100.75 lakhs and Rs 1.20 lakh Tuition fee to two children of late Dr Shabeer.
He said two young aspiring entrepreneurs scheme being identified from every Panchayat in J&K will benefit more than 8000 youth.
