Himachal CMO top official removed

Shimla, Mar 1(UNI) Three days after the cross voting by six Congress MLAs in the Rajya Sabha polls for Himachal Pradesh, the top official in the Chief Minister's office was changed on Friday.
A notification issued by the state government said that Rakesh Kanwar, IAS(HP:2007), Secretary (Education, Animal Husbandry and Language, Art & Culture) shall also hold the additional charge of the post of Secretary to the Chief Minister, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, with immediate effect, in the public interest.
He would continue to hold the charge of Secretary (Education, Animal Husbandry and Language, Art & Culture) and additional charge of the post of Secretary (Information & Public Relations).
