UP: Three killed, 24 injured as bus collides with truck

Pratapgarh (UP), April 9 (UNI) Three people were killed and 24 others were injured when a private bus carrying pilgrims collided head-on with a truck in the Hathigawa area of Pratapgarh district here in Uttar Pradesh, police sources said on Tuesday.
Police sources said that the incident took place late on Monday night when the bus carrying around 50 pilgrims from Unnao district collided with the truck near Phoolmati village.
"The pilgrims were on their way to pay obeisance at Vindhyachal Dham in Mirzapur," they said.
