UP: Brothers killed, 4 injured as truck hits e-rickshaw

Baghpat (UP) Apr 3 (UNI) Two brothers were killed and four women injured when an e-rickshaw overturned after being hit by a dumper in Kotwali area of Baghpat district here in Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday, a police officer said.
Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Harish Kumar Bhadauria said that the incident took place when Jyoti, Rajesh, Seema, Poonam, and her two sons, Advik (3) and Satvik (1), all residents of Alawalpur, were going to attend a religious event in Sarurpur Kalan village.
He said that near Kekri village on the Delhi-Saharanpur highway, the speeding truck hit the e-rickshaw in which they were travelling.
