UP: 5, including 4 children killed, 25 injured as school bus overturns

Barabanki (UP), Apr 2 (UNI) Five persons, including four children, were killed and 25 others were injured when a school bus overturned in Dewa area of Barabanki district here in Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday, police sources said here.
Police sources said that the students of composite school Harakka in Suratganj development block had gone on a picnic to the zoological garden in Lucknow. "While the students were returning back the speeding school bus overturned in Salarpur under Dewa police station," they said.
Police sources said that four students and a conductor were killed and 25 children were injured in the incident. "The police reached the spot immediately and launched a rescue operation. The injured children have been taken to the district hospital," they said.
