Bulandshahr, March 8 (UNI) Four persons were killed and three others injured when a car in which they were travelling rammed into a stationary truck in Khurja City of Bulandshahr district in Uttar Pradesh on Friday, a senior police officer said here.
Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Shlok Kumar said that seven persons from Ghazipur in Delhi came to attend a 'bhandara' in Nauru village under Chhatari police station. "While they were returning back, the car rammed into the stationary truck," he said.
He said that Sakshi alias Piku (5), Babita (55), her husband Totaram (58) and Chandrakali (70) were killed on the spot. "Kyansh (3), Pawan (36) and Sushma (33) sustained serious injuries in the accident and are being treated at a private hospital," Kumar said.
