Bahraich (UP), Mar 29 (UNI) Three members of a family were killed and a woman was injured when a motorcycle was hit by a tractor in the Hardi area of Bahraich district here in Uttar Pradesh, police sources said on Friday.
Police sources said the incident took place when Priti along with her son Ankit, (6), brother-in-law Asharam and relative Gangaram was going to her parents house in Bakaina village late on Thursday evening.
"Near Raji crossing road their motorcycle was hit by the tractor-trolley," they said.
Police sources said Ankit, Asharam and Gangaram were killed in the incident.
"Priti, who sustained serious injuries, was taken to the community health centre from where she was referred to the district hospital," they said.
