Patna, Aug 30 (UNI) Laying foundation stones just ahead of the Assembly elections is a political stunt of the Bihar government and a trick to deceive people before election, senior Congress leader and MLC Prem Chandra Mishra Sunday said.
Mr Mishra said Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is busy in laying the foundation stones of various projects and at the same time posted over 500 officers of his choice at various places, indicating the frustration and panicky the government is in.
