Kolkata, Oct 07 (UNI) Visibly annoyed West Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar on Wednesday described the State Home Department's response as "abysmally lacking factual premise
beyond any justifiability" and said such "State-sponsored slur-campaign of the Mamata Banerjee Government against Constitutional Head, apart from being an act of impropriety, is also actionable".
