COVID-19 claims 450 lives in Bihar so far

Patna Aug 10 ( UNI) With 21 fresh deaths in the past 24 hours, the COVID 19 toll reached 450 in Bihar so far.
According to the health department sources, 21 people lost their lives to the infection of coronavirus in different parts of the state. Details of the reports were awaited.
Of the 450 deaths, maximum were reported from Patna where 88 people have lost their lives due to this infection so far followed by Bhagalpur with 37, Gaya 29, Rohtas 23, Nalanda and Munger 22 each, Muzaffarpur 17, Bhojpur and East Champaran 16 each, Vaishali 14, Samastipur and Saran 12 each, Begusarai , Nawada and West Champaran 11, Darbhanga and Siwan 10 each , Araria 9, Kaimur 8, Aurangabad, Khagaria and Jehanabad 6 each, Jamui, Sitamarhi, and Kishanganj 5 each, Banka, Lakhisarai, Madhepura , Purnea, Supaul Katihar and Buxar 4 each , Arwal and Madhubani 3 each, Sheikhpura 2, Gopalganj ,Sheohar, and Saharsa 1 each.
