Life remains crippled for 42nd day in Kashmir

Srinagar, Sep 15 (UNI) Life remained crippled for the 42nd day on Sunday in Kashmir valley, where people are protesting against scrapping of Article 370 and 35 A, besides bifurcation of the state into two Union Territories on August 5.

There are no curfew restrictions in any part of the valley today, officials said, adding situation was also by and large peaceful during the night. However, restrictions under Section 144 CrPC, banning assembly of four or more persons, continued as a precautionary measure to prevent any law and order problem.
