Leh hospital visited by PM fully equipped, govt rejects accusations from certain sources

Srinagar, Jul 4 (UNI) Rejecting accusations about facilities available in Leh, Ladakh hospital, where Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited soldiers injured in Galwan fight with China’s Army are admitted, a senior officer of Public Information Ministry of Defence (Army) on Saturday said Armed forces give the best possible treatment to their personnel.
In a statement Saturday afternoon, Additional Directorate General (ADG) of Public Information, IHQ of MoD (Army), said there have been malicious and unsubstantiated accusations in some quarters regarding the status of the facility visited by Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his visit to the General Hospital at Leh on July 3.
“ It is unfortunate that aspersions are being cast on how our brave Armed Forces are treated. The Armed Forces give the best possible treatment to their personnel”.

COVID: J&K reports 1492 fresh +ve cases, 21 deaths

Jammu, Sep 19 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Government on Saturday informed that 1492 new positive cases of novel coronavirus (831 from Jammu division and 661 from Kashmir division) have been reported thus taking the total number of positive cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 62533.

UP govt ask to expedite work of Bundelkhand expressway
