Kadenar horror: Chhattisgarh CM orders probe

Raipur, Dec 4 (UNI) Describing as “profoundly saddening and unfortunate” the death of six Indo-Tibetan Border Police personnel in a fratricidal firing incident on Wednesday at Kadenar camp within Narayanpur District, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel ordered an inquiry.
“It must be ascertained whether the constable who discharged the weapon had any leave application pending, or family issues were clouding his psyche or there was some other motive. Such gruesome acts ought to never recur at central or state law-enforcement forces’ bases in insurgency-affected areas,” the grim-countenanced politician averred during an interaction with the press in the state capital.
