Jakhar’s social media campaign attempt to divert attention from liquor scam: Chugh

Chandigarh, May 28 (UNI) Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Thursday accused Punjab Congress chief Sunil Jakhar for leading a social media campaign just to divert attention of the people of the state from Rs 2600-crore liquor scam which came to the fore during the spat between the Ministers and the Chief Secretary.

Stating this in a statement here, BJP national secretary Tarun Chugh said, instead of misleading the people, Jakhar should come forward and tell Punjabis as to who looted the state by indulging in a multi-crore scam.
