J&K enrolls 60 pc eligible families under Sehat, 70 pc under PMJAY

Jammu, Mar 18 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Chief Secretary, B V R Subrahmanyam, on Thursday chaired a meeting to review the functioning of Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY) and Sehat schemes under Ayushman Bharat.
It was informed in the meeting that so far 4,27,466 families and 14,85,059 beneficiaries - 71.49 percent and 48.06 percent of the respective targets have been enrolled under PM-JAY.
Similarly, under the universal health coverage scheme ‘Sehat’, 8,77,846 families and 31,71,918 beneficiaries - 60.27 percent and 41.88 percent of the respective targets have been covered. As such, a total of 38,26,854 golden cards have been generated under both schemes to facilitate access to the cashless health facilities in Jammu and Kashmir.

Dharamshala: December 1 -( UNI) An online meeting was organized by the Union Education Ministry on Wednesday for the successful implementation of the National Education Policy in the country as the country has been divided into three zones and nine sub zones.
This meeting was attended by the Secretaries of all states and vice chancellors of universities attended this meeting. Pooja Awasthi PRO Central University of Himachal Pradesh ( CUHP) told UNI that on behalf of the Central Government, the Central University, Himachal Pradesh has been entrusted with the responsibility of leading the successful implementation of National Education Policy 2020 in the states included under Zone 3.
