It has been proved that Chowkidar is Chor: Rahul

Amethi, Jan 24(UNI) Continuing his attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Congress president Rahul Gandhi on his second day of the visit to Amethi and Rae Bareli charged the Centre for making false promises to the people and disturbing the Constitutional institutions to protect their illegal interest.

"It has been proved now that 'Chowkidar is Chor' when the government said they have no money to waive the loans of the farmers but their industrialists friends get the sops and one Neerav Modi fled away with the money of the poor and MGNREGA," he said.

Addressing a small meeting here on Thursday, Mr Gandhi hitting out at the Center of the Rafale deal says , the government paid Rs 1600 per aircraft when it was just Rs 526 crores during the UPA regime while our PM talked to his counterpart of France to force them to give Rs 30,000 crore deal to a private company in the country.
On the other hand when CBI director says that he will probe about the PM's involvement in corruption, he is removed from the office at the midnight but when he was reinstated by the court, he was forced to leave his job.

Talking about the GST, Mr Gandhi said it was the Congress which brought the GST but the BJP divided it in five parts thus giving encouragement to corruption and other irregularities.
"GST has given rise to unemployment in the country. While the private companies and friend of the PM are making all their products in China thus avoiding to give jobs to the Indians," he alleged.
Amid slogan raising Congress, Rahul Gandhi announced that once the party comes to power at the Centre, Amethi and Rae Bareli will get food parks, national highways and national paper mills and everything. " In MP and Rajasthan we are setting up food processing plants in a big number to help the farmers to get good price of their produce. Such thing will also happen in Amethi and Rae Bareli too," he assured.
" I have conveyed to Priyanaka and Jyotraditya that that we have to make the government at the centre and in UP this time at any cost," he said while clarifying that though Congress respects Mayawati and Akhilesh Yadav but effort would be made to bring Congress in the forefront.
Rahul also informed the people of Amethi, that he has asked Priyanka to come here immediately after being appointed as the general secretary. " Me and my sister will work 24 hours for you," he promised.
After his two days visit, Rahul Gandhi left for New Delhi.
