HP: No major change in weather conditions, mainly dry

Shimla, Apr 16 (UNI) There seems to be no major change in the on going weather conditions in Himachal Pradesh as the Indian Meteorological Department predicted a few more spells of rain, thunderstorms, snowfall, and mainly dry weather in the forthcoming fortnight.
The coldwave is continuing in the mid- and higher reaches, and it further intensified due to rain and snowfall. The average temperature in the capital town remained between 13 and 14 degrees Celsius, with a couple of spells of rain plummeting on Mercury.
IMD forecast that a few places in mid- and higher reaches may have light rain or snowfall on Tuesday, and isolated places in the foot fills are likely to be wet and mainly cloudy for the next five days.
