Heat wave to prevail in Telangana till May 22

Hyderabad, May 19 (UNI) Heat wave conditions were likely to prevail in all districts of Telangana till May 22 while at Chittoor and Kurnool district of Rayalaseema till May 21, the IMD Centre said in its bulletin here on Sunday.
According to the IMD, thunderstorm accompanied with gusty winds (40 to 50 kmph) and lighting very likely to occur at isolated places in coastal Andhra Pradesh and at isolated places in Telangana on May 24.
Light to moderate rain or thunder showers are likely to occur at isolated places in coastal Andhra Pradesh, Rayalaseema in the next five days.
