HCL net profit up 6 point 1 pc in Q1

Noida, Jul 27 (UNI) Software services provider HCL Technologies today posted a rise of 6 point 1 per cent to 2171 crore in the quarter April-June, 2017 against the corresponding quarter last year. Noida-based technologies firm also reported a growth of 7.2 per cent in its total revenue at Rs 12,149 crore in the quarter under review. “We continue to propel forward on our Mode 1–2–3 growth strategy, delivering a revenue growth of 2.6 per cent QoQ and 12.2 per cent YoY in constant currency terms in Q1’FY18. This quarter, we also expanded our EBIT margins from 20 per cent to 20.1 per cent, through continued superior execution in our core business, integration and assimilation of the acquired entities, as well as our IP investments” said C Vijayakumar, President & CEO, HCL Technologies Ltd.
