Haryana police in guarded action keep off Punjab youth Cong from entering state

Ambala, Sep 20 (UNI) Punjab Youth Congress move to enter Haryana fizzled out as the determined Haryana police did not allow them to cross into the state boundary.
The Youth Congress under leadership of the national Youth President Narayan were to reach Delhi to participate in the protest march against the farmer’s bills brought by the Modi government. Since the Congress party has extended its support to the agitation launched by the Bhartiya Kisan Union against the Bill, the Punjab Youth Congress has also joined the party in its campaign against the Bill.
The Punjab Youth Congress in large number had marched from Dera Bassi to reach Delhi on Chandigarh-Delhi highway. The Haryana government had issued orders that the members of PYC should not be allowed to enter the state. They were stopped at the 3-lier Sadopur barrier on Punjab-Haryana border where the police force in large number was deployed under the control of Superintendent of Police Abhishk Jorwal.
