Haryana Minister motivates farmers to adopt diversification of crops

Chandigarh, Jun 24 (UNI) Haryana Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister J P Dalal on Wednesday motivated the farmers to adopt diversification of crops and said that they should no longer demand employment but become employers.
The Minister interacted with the farmers online for making them aware of the policies of the state government. During the interaction, many farmers thanked the Agriculture Minister and Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar for their progressive approach toward the development of agriculture.
Mr Dalal said that under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and under the leadership of Mr Khattar, the state government has initiated several schemes in the field of animal husbandry, dairy and fisheries besides agriculture, which can benefit the youth of rural areas. This will also help in overcoming the migration of people from villages to the cities in search of employment.
