Panaji, Oct 28 (UNI) The Goa Government on Wednesday accorded permission to casinos to start their operations in the state from November 1, 2020.
Addressing a press conference at State Secretariat, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant said the Cabinet had approved restarting of casino industry in the state from November 1, 2020, onwards.
He said the casinos would have to operate with 50 per cent of their capacity and follow all the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to be imposed by State Home Department.
