GHMC to raise Rs 2,500 Cr through RTL for various projects development in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, Nov 19(UNI) The Grater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) would raise Rs 2,500 crore through rupee Term Loan (RTL) for various projects to be developed under Strategic Road Development programme (SRDP) in Hyderabad.
A GO appointing the SBI capital Markets Limited (SBICAP)as arranger for raising of Rs 2500 crore through RTL with fee of 0.1 per cent for raising the amount through bidding was released by Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MA and UD) Principal Secretary Arvind Kumar here on Tuesday.
In 2017, the state government have accorded permission to the Corporation to borrow Rs 1000 crores through bonds and Rs 2,500 crore through RTL as per the required of GHMC, subject to without Government guarantee.
