Gaja cyclone: AP CM asks Collectors to be alert

Amaravati, Nov 12 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu asked district Collectors in the coastal AP districts to be alert in view of the cyclone Gaja.
The Chief Minister held a teleconference with district Collectors and other officials on Neeru-Pragathi-Vyavasayam (water-progress-farming) here on Monday.
Speaking on the occasion, he asked Collectors to constantly monitor the movements of cyclone. He asked them to ensure that fishermen not ventured into the sea for fishing. He asked them to assess the enormity of cyclone and through Real Time Governance. He reminded them that the state government officials assessed the exact crossing area of 'Titli cyclone' and had taken precautions, which minimised the loss of life.
