FIR lodged against Cong legislative leaders in HP

Shimla, Feb 27(UNI) The Jai Ram Thakur led Himachal Pradesh Government on Saturday booked Legislative Party leader Mr Mukesh Agnihotri and four other Congress MLAs for breaching sections 124, 323, 341, 33 & 504 of IPC.
These charged were made in connection to the Congress Party MLA's protest in State Assembly when they gheroed Governor Bandru Dattatreya at the state assembly premises on Friday.
Vidhan Sabha Speaker Vipin Singh Parmar told media persons today that FIR has been registered by the state police against legislative leader and four others for alleged incident occurred in the state assembly during the session outside the council chamber yesterday.
