Establish coordination among Haryana, Punjab & Chandigarh police to completely free region from crime: Haryana Guv

Chandigarh, Aug 23 (UNI) Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya has said that the police of Haryana, Punjab and Union Territory of Chandigarh can do their work more effectively by establishing coordination among them and free the region from crime completely.
The Haryana Governor was interacting with Chandigarh Director General of Police Praveer Ranjan, who make a courtesy call on Mr Dattatreya at Raj Bhavan here on Monday. He inspired the Chandigarh DGP to do more good work to strengthen law and order and keep crime under control.
Mr Dattatreya said that both Haryana and Punjab are brother states. Among them, the Union Territory of Chandigarh acts as a link and Chandigarh Administration plays an important role in strengthening the relations between the two states.
