Dozen injured as bees attack bus in Etawah

Etawah (UP), Feb 28 (UNI) Around a dozen passengers were injured when a swarm of bees attacked a bus carrying a marriage party in Chaubiya area of Etawah district here in Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday, police said here.
Incharge of Chaubiya police station Har Govind Singh said that a dozen passengers were injured when the swarm of bees attacked a sleeper bus carrying a marriage party from Delhi to Lucknow on Agra-Lucknow expressway. "The driver stopped the bus at Timurwa cut point from where half a dozen passengers were sent to Basrehar community health center with the help of the ambulance of the UP Expressway Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA),"
He said that Nurul Hasan, Siraj Tanveer, Syan Faiz, Zara Faiz and Adeeba Faiz were discharged after the first aid. "The passengers were later dropped at the Timurwa cut point and the bus left after around 2 hours," he said.
