Don't blame EC, look into your shortcomings: Rajbhar to Akhilesh

Lucknow, Aug 19 (UNI) Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party (SBSP) president Om Prakash Rajbhar on Friday said that instead of blaming the Election Commission (EC) for his defeat in Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, Samajwadi Party (SP) president Akhilesh Yadav should first concentrate on his shortcomings.
Rajbhar said, "In true sense, Akhilesh should say that the EC has won 125 seats for him. The manner in which Akhilesh changed the candidates after every hour or two on the last day of nomination, the victory in 125 should be considered as big."
He said that Akhilesh knows what is going to happen to the SP in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. "This is the reason why he is warning his party workers from now on. They are being told that the EC was the reason behind the party's defeat so that they can put the blame for the defeat in 2024 again on the commission."
